Who is that? I’ve never seen her here before. I wonder who she works for…

I find myself thinking that as I watch ladies check in for the luncheons. I’m seeing several new faces, and it’s always great to catch up with familiar ones.

Sure, we introduce ourselves before the start of the meeting… Hi, I’m Amy Fennell with Louisiana REALTORS… yeah, yeah, yeah, BUT is it really enough to be memorable? Often times in our busy lives, we barely get to take the lunch break to attend meetings, much less get in quality networking and really talk with each other.

So instead of the typical programming for this month in which we have a speaker, let’s just talk to each other. We will have a format that will facilitate introductions and conversations, but the more members that come, the better.

Please mark your calendar and attend May’s meeting, and I look forward to meeting some of you and getting to know the rest of you better.
